The International Product Sourcing Manager drives the company’s growth by finding and partnering with global suppliers. Key tasks include managing B2B relationships, negotiating deals, and optimising the supply chain. The role focuses on expanding the supplier base, ensuring quality and cost-effective sourcing, and working with well-known companies to support market expansion and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration,
International Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international product sourcing, supply
chain management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in B2B relationship management and negotiation with
international suppliers.
Strong knowledge of global markets, trade regulations, and international
sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
