I held on to the Note 9 for years, but when I bought the Note 20 it was a great decision. BATTERY life is better the camera is UNBELIEVABLE GREAT.

I was not looking to upgrade (was using a Note 8) but I had some mechanical problems with it and thought it would be more beneficial to upgrade than repair it. As usual, I am not disappointed. S-pen is spot on and has always been my favorite tool of the Note. I'm glad I made the choice of upgrading.

Great customer service! My old crashed and iMobile helped me get a new phone and they were very helpful in setting it up and transferring everything over. Love the phone as it has a longer battery and faster charge.
