Simply book your repair, and if your device isn't responding, select the Free Diagnostic option. We'll assess the issue and inform you about the problem and the cost of repairs. Most repairs are completed the same day in our stores while postal repairs could take between 48-72 hours. If you're unsure about proceeding, you can cancel your repair anytime before sending your device to us.

Your data remains safe, especially if your phone powers up and you have access to your data. However, we always recommend backing up your phone data before any repair.
