Most repairs are completed the same day in our stores while postal repairs could take between 48-72 hours. If you're unsure about proceeding, you can cancel your repair anytime before sending your device to us.

Your data remains safe, especially if your phone powers up and you have access to your data. However, we always recommend backing up your phone data before any repair. Ensure you remove your SIM and SD cards before handing over your device. Our primary goal is to fix your device without compromising your data's integrity.
