Warranty

iMobile provides 24 months warranty on all devices with some exceptions as detailed below.

This warranty excludes the following:

Physical Broken/Damage

Liquid Damage

Accidental Damage

Any damage caused by software tempering

If any phone part is replaced/opened

We offer 12 months warranty for any job we do to repair your device, any part installed comes with minimum 6 months warranty.

Note: Please backup your phone data before the return. iMobile will not take any responsibility for any data lost. The Warranty does not cover physical damage, damaged by accident, misuse, or mishandling.

We only accept returns with a valid proof of purchase. The item must be returned with all accessories and box. We test all return items before any refund, repair or replacement.

Unwanted Product Policy

The Customer is entitled to return an unwanted device within 3 days of sale for a refund to a voucher.

Refund will be issued if the item is returned in the same condition as sold.
